I myself haven't been in this business for long but that's what it seems like for me. My first client was a sweetheart and gave me everything I asked for including employment verification. But hobbyist are not as willing from what I've witnessed so far.
I haven't had much trouble getting clients from TER to provide screening information. But those who find me elsewhere... it's like pulling teeth. And I'm newish but come on, there have to be more providers who screen than not, right? So many have made me feel like I'm from another planet for asking for a full name.
In my case, if my first name, hobby number, hobby email, 2 reputable references and p411 account with lots of okays are not enough, I will move on. For some providers, that's not enough and they require a full name and work verification. Their pool of potential clients will be much smaller as many hobbyists will not provide that.
I noticed a lot of providers don't attempt to screen thoroughly anymore. I always tell them, that I only prefer to see ladies who do so and they oblige. Kind of backwards.

This is the reason my last trip to Atlanta was cancelled. I had a ton of interested gentlemen, very few would cooperate with screening. I thought it was the oddest thing. I plan on trying Atlanta again after New Years. I've been in the hobby for a while, the one thing I've learned is change is always happening. Hopefully this trend to not screen will change. I'm hoping to make it out in January, providing enough gentlemen are willing to be screened.
Until women quit outing guys for such minor transgressions as a sub par review or refusing to pay a cancellation fee, guys are understandably going to be averse to handing out their personal info to anyone.
For the record this type of thing seems to be more and more frequent amongst previously "well reviewed" providers. Bad "Tricks" make it hard for all the rest of us, and bad hookers make it tough on their sister providers. Plenty of blame to go around, but it is the reason a LOT of guys refuse overly intrusive screening.
Lastly, I am NOT talking about myself. I am already "out" and blackmail proof, I don't mind going through screening at all, as long it's not a matter of jumping through endless hoops that make me feel like I am "applying" for a session, but other guys with a lot to lose obviously feel otherwise.
10 years ago, LE wasn't so interested in what was going on online. There are cops everywhere now. They use fake ads and bust ladies after they've seen them a couple of times. I've even seen them sitting in unmarked cars at extended stay hotels. BTW, Alpharetta is the worst. I'm all about screening, since it makes everyone more comfortable, but I am very cautious. I wish it were easier on both sides. What is the preferred method of screening most ladies prefer? I'm looking to turn my social life up a notch.
