I happen to agree with not being able to find quality providers. I go back and forth between Chicago and Milwaukee. My track record is not good in Milwaukee. many of the ads are on BP because nothing through eros, cityvibe, or TER produces much. The agencies that provide girls stack so many appointments on top of each other, they cause me to look elsewhere. Nobody can convince me that a woman who sees 10 men in 1 day is going to be fresh and eager for another appointment except that she just made 2K for a days worth of sex. Not for me.
A few providers that used to advertise, don't anymore. Finding a small breasted, firm butt young lady is not easy. Most of the incalls are low end motels or low end housing where a man in a suite sticks out like a sore thumb.

I travel a lot for work and have visited ladies in many different areas. For a city the size of Milwaukee there should be more options. Why is the area so devoid of talent? Currently I prefer the ladies I see to be under 35. There appears to be no one in Milwaukee under that age that earns consistent positive reviews or doesn't have obviously fake reviews.
I'm not the type of provider you're looking for however, I've been in the hobby for a long time, started and still remain in Milwaukee. I do tour for a week or 2 every month. I advertise on Eros, P411 and TER. Like all cities, Milwaukee has it's own hobby culture. Please keep in Mind that I love Milwaukee and have done quite well here as a provider. The following is just my opinion and what I've observed in the past 10 years
1. Milwaukee has earned a reputation of having a lot of busts.
2. Milwaukee has a reputation of being cheap. I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of traveling ladies that told me they have tried Milwaukee to only leave disappointed and never return. I personally get a more guys here trying to lower my rates than most other cities with lower socioeconomics.
3. Less clients. This doesn't effect me because I limit myself to 1 meeting a day, I'm very low volume. For ladies who are traveling or work on quantity, this could be a turn off.
4. From my personal experience, a lot of Milwaukee ladies use screening methods that are dangerous and do nothing as far as safety. I won't use these methods, I require REAL screening, not a popular thing in Milwaukee. When I try to screen a Milwaukee gentleman, he's often upset that I require real screening methods.
5. Chicago is very close. There's more high end clients, less haggle as far as rates, less refusal to be screened. It's easier to provide there, less headaches and aggravation.
With that being said, I do have some great Milwaukee clients. Half my clients are from here or the surrounding areas and half travel in on a regular basis.
Over the years, it's become more common to hear why ladies either left Milwaukee or stopped touring Milwaukee. We as providers have choices. I do agree, with a city the size of Milwaukee, we should have a stronger and more populated hobby. Apparently the size of the city isn't the only factor involved. I visit other cities and towns that are smaller and have lower socioeconomics and often a smaller hobby population and do better than Milwaukee.
