There is a link on the bottom to report abuse and also a link you can click on for fake photos. I think if you click on either of these they hopefully will respond faster. I would also post this on the general board. I personally do not advertise on Eros so others may be able to give you more advise. This sucks!! Sorry this happened to you!!

I have clicked on both links , as well as the DCMA link.  I have written approximately 10 letters to Eros at these links.  I got on response, and it only addresses my issue that someone connected their Google Authenticator to my ad, so I cannot log in and delete the ad.  The response sent asks for my account number (not sure where to find this), a security code I set  13 years ago and a security question that applies to something that I need to remember from 54 years ago.  Hopefully they will reset the Google Authenticator so I can regain control of my account.
