There will always be scammers, perhaps the first mistake is using Tryst. That website seems dirty to me, just like STG and EM. There are scammers on every website however, some have less than others. Some remove them when their arise, others don't.
If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. Do the math...what kind of service in what kind of location with what kind of girl are you getting for $230? That hardly covers the expenses of providing (location, clothes, makeup, advertising, phone, supplies, etc) Being a provider, if done right, is not cheap.
Another way I've looked at it is this:
I use the scammers as a way to improve myself. Their good for business. Their tools. After a gentleman experiences one of them then they see someone like Miss Scarlet and has an experience beyond their expectations, they are more likely to see you again and say good things about you. Many of my friends have had poor experiences, it feels good to show them that not every provider is that way
