NO ONE was being trafficked. And what I find most disturbing is a 17 year old boy was arrested for meeting up with who he thought was a 15 year old girl. It was an undercover police officer.
This complete nonsense is ruining lives, helping no one, and a huge waste of tax payer dollars.
Please be careful and do your research. We all need to work together to keep our community safe.
In this case I think the law enforcement is backwards in trying so stop sex trafficking.
This latest sting looks more like entrapment to me.
I'd like to see the undercover police officers instead posing
as potential clients or "johns" seeking under age providers.
Maybe that might be a slightly better use of tax payer dollars.
Actually I'd like law enforcement to look to other areas in keeping our communities safe.
This above referenced sting occurred in 2014, almost 10 years ago as the article states. That being said, I appreciate that Scarlet took the time to post it and it’s relevance regarding trafficking.
That makes sense, back in 2014 Milwaukee was doing a ton of stings looking for trafficking victims. Most arrested during that time were not victims.
