I have used a couple of local Lake Geneva providers in the distant past, but wouldn't recommend them (if they are still in business).  If you are looking for outcall service, I suspect your best bet is a multiple hour date with a quality Milwaukee lady who might drive the 30 - 45 minutes to Grand Geneva Resort.  I'm pretty sure there are ladies who will provide that service.
