I've been to Molly Cool's and the food is pretty average at best. nice place with nice staff, but I wouldn't give it high marks for the food. The best (but you'll pay for it) is the Harbor House, which is at the old Pieces of Eight location right on the lake. If you like oysters, etc., they can't be beat. the setting is gorgeous as well.
St. Paul Fish at the Milwaukee Public Market is pretty good. Oyster bar and casual seating with a varied menu and great fresh seafood. Crab legs are easy to cook at home if you buy them there.
