It is always up to the provider's discretion what service she wants to provide and she can also change them at any time for any reason, so all services should be considered YMMV.  The only person that can actually confirm or deny if this session did take place as to how was described would be the provider in question. If the review is in deed fake she would have to be the one to submit a request to have it removed.
