I will be hosting one of Wisconsin first true m&g in October!  ( perfect since my birthday is Halloween it self, Trick-or-Treat, BABY!)

The days for the event will be in a voting matter!
  Weekend of the 14th-16th
  Weekend of the 21st-23rd
  Weekend of the 28th-30th
I also will need a vote for where it shall be held!
  Milwaukee
  Madison
  My place in the little town of whitewater!

This will be a costume/masked event, it will have a harvest/Halloween theme.

I shall depending on the number of invited members, providers and hobbyist I will be catering, my own creations of appetizers, drinks, desserts, and possibly a full set meal!
It shall be very tantalizing, and I think that maybe we shall have some entertainment as well!
I will be happy to have some help planning and setting up.

Please feel free to post and email me with suggestion , request so that this may be a phenomenal and very memorable event!

Particularly exact dates, time and location. Screening must also be a priority.

Good luck in getting a good meet/greet organized? Way to many options? Your running the M/G you decide what works for you. Your not going to please everyone no matter what area or date you decide on. If they seriously want to come to the M/G they will come no matter what YOU decide. Go for it!!

I dont know what isn't discrete about this. Dates and the place is not on the public board and everyone is to be screened. So what's the problem here?

Just posted updat on M&G in the forum, dates changed to 29th and its set!!!!

I have hosted WI M&G in the past. Maybe it was the HOH board
members but everybody wanted to eat the food and of them
all I had a couple of bookings nothing to boast about.
I phrase her for trying and if it turns out to be a blast I am
willing to help.
