I'm big on local, farm fresh, chemical-free naturally raised food. I'm not a fan of the chemicals shaped into food that come out of factories and travel far distances.
Are there any Farm to Table restaurants in the Milwaukee area? I'm a bit picky about what I put in my body and local farmers can meet needs grocery stores and factory food just can't. Does the Milwaukee area have an indoor farmers market? Sooo...where can I find a farm fresh meal?Hey girl, come out to my farm and I’ll cook you up a farm, fresh dinner. My gardens 2500 sq ft so I grow everything imaginable. And even though you’re a vegetarian ( if I remember correct) I have some nice tasty Angus grass fed, corn finished Ribeyes in the freezer!
One of my favorite farm-to-table restaurant in the area is the Parkside 23 (parkside23.com) in Brookfield. I’ve toured their garden in the summer and they do a great job with their menu. In addition, they also serve locally sourced wine and beer.
