A provider loses her phone - I get a text from a person who found the phone. This disturbs me greatly that this provider compromised the confidentiality of all the her contacts. The provider failed to follow up with an appointment. To say the least - I am very concerned. The provider does not respond to emails.

Virtually all escorts will save your information on their hard drives, diaries, black books, iPhone's and so forth. Always assume your information will get compromised at some point. If you are not comfortable with that, never share personal info with an escort that you are not comfortable sharing.
