2nd is new with little out there
3rd is a parlor. With 1 old review here suggesting older providers and Level 1 service.

Agencies are largely trafficking rings, you should not consider the ones that have those numbers on like every photo, "offer" bare for everything (not her choice) and/or straight up have a physical location listed.

There are actual Asian women in the WI market but there are huge and clear differences between the legit or not ones. Most of the "too good to be true" looking ones are even going to state somewhere in the ad that the are "agencies".
