Have there been a lot of LE busts?  I have not had any problems (I hope).

remember your rights should you have the misfortune to have an LE encounter (namely STFU, don't lie, and insist on legal representation).

However the vice squad leader said in television interview that they were going to ramp things up. Seems primarily targeted to the BP crowd.
