I agree.  Not necessarily about the 'neighboring state' as I'm not exactly sure who you're referring to but I have an inkling.  But YES - a *nicer* board is welcome in Wisconsin!  IMO, TER has a wider and more reputable following so here's to hoping that it doesn't become TOO polluted here.
