I've been there. It is some Asian ladies. They used to work out of a house, now they are in this new place. Not as nice as the picture. They are upstairs and you have to walk by the window of an office where a receptionist sit's for another company. So they see everyone going in and out.
You talk to the lady in charge when you get upstairs and then you sit and wait for someone to get you. They lead you on with the massage, but NO happy ending. The girls don't touch, and keep you covered/draped at all times. NO touching of them either.  
Like the other guy said, basically $30 for a massage, but that's it.
