I might have missed it, but I did not see anything in her ad that she says she has reviews.

262 is a WI area code. I have never seen an ad of hers in WI.

Area codes don't mean a thing anymore.  If you purchase a pay as you go phone or a disposible, you can set it up with just about any area code.
