I miss D.C but now im very discouraged!

Usually before i travel I attempt to do a  research on providers, build prebooked appointments, and of course the area! I have been coming across terrible issues with other providers using my pictures (even transexuals) in d.c n.c va nyc philly and bmore! do i need to find a new stomping ground or stick to what I know! I dont know what to do!
