I'll be available next week from 9/18 - 9/22.  Please book at least a day in advance.  I will be taking appointments on a day to day basis with a couple of hours notice, from 9/23 - 9/30 (I will not be able to book with advanced notice during this time and guarrantee being able to meet.)

Also, two references will be needed, or a membership ID number preferably from Preferred411.....or Date-Check.
