The glow of those amazing monuments, the sound of cars driving round twisty streets carrying couples to the theatre, parties, a quiet dinner for two.  
 
I have always loved seeing the cities by day, taking in the neighborhoods and sightseeing, but there is something so magical about nighttime. There is something about streetlights, dressing up and the quiet hush of a tree-lined little street in the moonlight that truly brings out the romantic in me when I travel.  
 
I fantasize dressing in a thin body hugging dress, clipping along brick walkways in my strappy heels, my arm in yours as we walk to dinner…or walk from a restaurant to my hotel for dessert. I want to feel that particular pulse of this fine regal city in its nighttime, as we sit across one another and feast our eyes as much on what we are eating as what we want to do to one another.  
 
I need the evenings of D.C. so much…and I need you there with me to make it complete.
