Ok... so I recently discovered the concept of an UTR provider. Unfortunately now I want to meet one! I did some google research (under the radar is also associated for the most part with indie music BTW). I didn't find much of use. I am not asking anyone to send me contacts but I would be interested if anyone has some tips on where to meet providers that don't advertise. I don't go out much so I'm pretty sure I will never bump into any potential dates around my apt.
