ISO understanding provider for limp French & other activities after prostate cancer surgery - 9/21 i

I had surgery for prostate cancer four months ago and, although I'm otherwise fully recovered, my doctor tells me it will be at least a few more months before I get full erections again.  I do still have orgasms which feel just as great as ever, but I don't ejaculate and can only have an erection sufficient for FS with a vacuum pump and a cock ring.
