I post my availability on my website & still receive requests to meet on days that I am not available.

I have been hobbying under the assumption that if I put my schedule in ads & on my websites,  
that I've done my duty & that anyone who contacts me and disregards my schedule is either lazy or inconsiderate.

 
BOY WAS I WRONG!!

I've met a few ladies who will open an incall for gentlemen callers if they contact them regardless of their posted availability.
I was surprised to learn that this is common with a few local providers also,  
& am regretful of my sometimes caustic, shocked responses to gents who have been party to the practice.
After speaking to a client that my doubles partner was meeting, I was informed that he had asked if I was available even though my website says I was not specifically because some ladies have made themselves available for him.

 
While I do not intend to make myself available as these ladies do, I will be editing my profiles & website to reflect my awareness.
I hope that with explaining that I do have outside employment & cannot be available outside of my schedule as posted on my website will help prevent gentlemen from contacting me for same-day appointments outside of my availability.

Understand everyone needs time for themselves. I think you do a great job advertising your availability as for making special exceptions that is a personal call.  I respect the call of each lady.

I learned some things while doing this - including how some of my assumptions can be so far off from reality.

To your specific point, when I hobbied, I'll admit it was fairly frequently day before or even same day appointments I sought.  That was just the way it was with me and my schedule, and I also wanted to make sure that I was feeling my best for any date and was not worn down from work.  But when I ever did request an appontment with little advanced notice, I certainly realized that it was a flier, and I had no expectation that a lady would move earth and sea to make it work.  I'd apologize for the late request, and if something worked out for both of us, then great, if not, then perhaps another time.  And yes, there probably was an occasion or two where the request was outside of listed hours or days.  But sometimes, nothing ventured nothing lost.  And when it didn't work out, I always got a respectful note in reply.  Certainly no disrepect ever intended on my part.  And the fact is, if it wasn't for late-scheduled appointments, I wouldn't have had half the dates that I did have.

yes and for me the mood goes away quickly. Booking a week in advance sucks!

You have a PERFECT right to choose when you work.  Just don't accept an appointment and then decide not to work that day.

My only irritation is all the free escort sites which have calendars and the women never enter their schedule.

If you have published your schedule you are doing us a service, and you have the right NOT to work except when scheduled.
