Personal security is important- not only for the providers but also for those reaching out to them. My take is that *anyone* contacting a provider whom does not demonstrate care with regards to their own personal information, is putting them self at risk because said provider will exercise the same level of care for others information. I have seen established providers send emails with their entire mailing list CC'd... that's not good.
In any case, we should be too fast to pass judgement on public announcements, especially since JLL did not name the provider nor link to her ad. He merely threw up a yellow flag. We should be thankful he shared- I'm sure the provider is.
