I know and I understand I just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions I actually sincerely doubted id get much its just something I was thinking of and looking forward to

I am getting my NYE plans booked by the end of this month.  

You should first formulate a budget, gather your plans/location and then contact the lady or ladies of your choice to request time to spend the Holiday with you.  
I can only image who you would find last minute on NYE.
