I was reading a blog about some local dude saying he was quitting, because he just couldn't look himself in the mirror anymore, or something to that nature. And several folk got on his time about being broke now, and that being his reason for wanting to quit.

Well if the money is his reason for wanting to stop, you need to budget this hobby into your expenses like all your other monthnly bills. Last year I started hobbying, and for the first three months, I would providers about twice week. Then one day I added up how much I had been spending in that 3 month period, and it added up to just under $4,000.00. Needless to say my mouth dropped.

After that point, I made a personally rule, to only spend 300 to 400 a month. Now I only see 3 really nice backpage providers, or one eros upscale provider during a one month period.

Also don't fall into always seeing your ATFs' when they come through. Just because your ATF lets you know she's in your city you dont have to go see, if you've already spent your budget. You'll see her again when she returns



But as other said I think most dudes, feel guilty because they see how much money they have spend on escorts.

There are a lot of things better to quit than providers that also save money.

Smoking .           better to quit

Video poker.        better to quit

Online gambling     better to quit

Illegal Drugs,      better to quit
except Ganji

Fast foods          better to quit

Redskins tickets    better to quit

I don't smoke.........nor do i do video poker or online gambling. I don't even have a Xbox360. Believe it or not I've never done any type of illegal drugs, or drink. I cook almost every night so I hardly, order take out. Redskins tickets? I'm from Baton Rouge, and have been loyal New Orleans Saints fan since 1987.

 Everyone has their vices. Many times I go shopping especially when Im at Tyson Corner and wandering around the mall with my girlfriend Stevie and we spend alot! She says I am a bad influence on her. We always spend ALOT of money and sometimes afterwards I feel like maybe I should of held back a little.

Point is I don't go out ever week or every month and spend over the limit. I have to be smart and I wait untill I really need something untill I spend the extra money on it. Budgeting is a great idea. And if hobbying is something you have to do or want to do on a regular basis do it maybe once a month or twice. Whatever works for you that at the end your jaw isn't dropping.

 We are all here to live our lives, work, grow, make human connections. We get used to the same thing day to day that buying those pair of shoes, going to the spa, or seeing that sexy provider is something we all should be able to indulge in!

I had an anticipated deal which was pretty much guaranteed.

Plus other investments more than quadrupled. These safety cushions made me let loose, albeit before the deal actually went through.  

Nothing wrong with splurging every now and then. Probably will  splurge again in 2012 at an even greater level. lol

This hobby can definitely get costly especially when seeing girls who charge 500~2000/hr for 5 ~24 hours.

Fortunately, stocks I was holding performed very well and also an anticipated deal went through, so I was able to pay it all off, without having to dig into hobby funds.

Now I budget myself and adhere to a very strict rule of hobbying only when it means I won't have to resort to eating ramen noodles for dinner the whole week.

There are too many people on this board who are fiends for pussy. How could anyone allow a "hobby" to get the point where it comsumes over 10% of their income. Go on and accuse someone of being broke because he quit hobbying. Atleast his nose is no longer being held open.
