My solution to that - it works best if you're into a longer experience and a weekend - if you can do weekends, you can get a high quality room for less than $100.  If you're into fewer appointments but multi-hour, you might find that outcall rates even out with incall rates when for 2 or more hours.

And while you're at that, you can then find a low volume provider who maybe only does once a day and finds the multi-hour invite financially very attractive.

I am also concerned about the quality of men a provider sees.
Even if she is quality I still want to know that she sees quality clients.

The best way to do this is to find part time high cost providers.
These ladies often do escorting as a side activity to their job and/or education.

These ladies will NOT likely be charging $300/hr.  Expect something closer to the $600+ range
in the DC area.
