I've had the same issue before as well. Try texting next time and you may get a more timely response
Expect to have your appointment delayed with AME, or get sent to the wrong hotel room, or even the wrong hotel. Its happened to me enough times that its just routine. Like dealing with DC traffic. On those days I book with AME or JM, I pretty much leave the day open.
If you want punctual service, stick to the K-girls and K-agencies
