Having worked at an Agency many moons ago, and having answered phones and handing the go 2 girl for an agency owner, let me give you guys a paradigm shift.
- There are days when ladies don’t call in to inform “said” Agency that she is INDEED available to work.
- Irrespective of previous scheduled “”dates” if “said” agency calls “said” lady to remind her of a pending “date” and she doesn’t pick up her phone, “said lady” JUST isn’t available.
Now imagine that it’s a Friday and no one calls on to inform an Agency that they are available.
Bad day for “said” Agency, but that doesn’t mean, or shouldn’t imply anything else.
Sorry Boys, but that IS the nature of the business when dealing with Agency Ladies SOMETIMES. I know this because I waited 3 weeks for a lady to be available from an Agency for my Ex.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going back to the “bube tube” to watch the commentaries of the republican debate last night…..

To some of you, this might be a new term. This refers back to a type of pimping dubbed “Gorrilla Pimping”. This is the type of pimp who would keep his girls in line by beating them, threatening them or even killing them.
The Gorilla Pimp only knows one way to communicate, “It is my way or the dead way.” It is effective even if it does seem cruel. Other pimps steer clear of the Gorilla Pimps because they are likely to set you on fire in the middle of the street just to make a point. But their tactics work. Girls are too terrified to leave or disobey and competing pimps would sometimes just move to another neighborhood.

you got to ask yourself the question how much pressure can you take and how much $$s can you spend trying to stay quiet! ..
if you have nothing to hide and have not done anything then talk... but if you have questions about whatever you have done then its a good idea to
a. evaluate your world (wife, SO, work, ..etc)
b. Can you afford $5K to $10K in legal fees
if a and b are OK.. then stay quiet and have the lawyer talk for you ..
I want to talk to a lawyer . . . then they must stop questioning. You have the unqualified right to the protections of the Fifth Amendment - use them. Ultimately you (meaning Everyman) may want to cooperate with the police or law enforcement - but you cannot be harmed by having a lawyer handle those negotiations on your behalf. The lawyer may be able to arrange immunity.
You wouldn’t operate on yourself; you would have a doctor do it. Same analogy here.
What I suppose that some need to fear is what the indictment refers to as the “spiral notebook containing records”. That may be worse for the providers than for the clients. The government will match those records against what the ladies have reported on their taxes. Tax evasion, anyone?
Court records show that everyone from Classy/DMV has been detained since their arrests. And they will be until at least 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, when they appear for their detention hearing. So unless they have a telephone link to their jail cells (not a farfetched thought in the third world), they have not been speaking to anyone via telephone. So if they have not, . . . then who is?
What is interesting is that all the defendants have court appointed attorneys or federal public defenders. You guessed it - your tax dollars at work. Is that not paradoxical in light of what are alleged to be the gross receipts of this business? The forfeiture part of the indictment refers to a total of $4,000,000 as to which the government will seek forfeiture.
The most interesting parts of this may lay ahead. The indictment refers to witnesses A and B and to UCC-1. Will these individuals testify at trial? Stay tuned.
Maybe I misunderstood the part you found interesting, but with all their accounts seized, even if they had previously retained a lawyer, his financial records would be scrutinized to the point where he would no longer defend them, no? There are no cash payments at that stage in the game.

I was wondering if any clients have heard any accusations of violence against the ladies, from the laddies themselves ?
Come on, their customers are no different from you. What would you do if a lady said there was violence? At the least you wouldn't go back. You can't buy Aston Martins if no one goes back.
Unlike you, I'd sell my only pair of shoes and my last coca-cola if I even thought it MIGHT help another HUMAN..but thats just me. I feel pretty strong about it too!!

That's not what I said. What I said - in different words - was that tax dollars were being used for the lawyers for the defendants (operators of the establishment - a/k/a the persons arrested). That has not a thing to do with what is or is not done for the victims. Sorry that went over your head. I just assumed that everyone knew that a reference to public defender implies taxpayer funding for their counsel.

You are absolutely right about the importance of not lying. On the other hand, the old saying about the road to Hades being paved with good intentions applies equally to those who attempt to represent themselves. Sometimes a non-lawyer is successful in representing himself or herself . . . and sometimes one finds a twenty dollar bill lying on the street. Absolute statements are possible as to very few matters in life, but this is not among that narrow category. One is always better (in legal matters) with a lawyer. A good lawyer is not cheap (but then again neither is a good doctor or accountant), but the old saying about an ounce of prevention being worth a pound of cure is fully applicable here.
