I just read a review of a poor guy who paid 260 for 1hr.....he was done in 20mins and after that was given the coldest shoulder...after hanging around her for 5 minutes while she pretty much ignored him as she watched tv he put on his clothes and left. If you don't mean 1 hour, don't say 1 hour.

My refractory time is pretty good(5 to 10 minutes between pops). I have no problem doing 2 pops in 1 hour since I started swimming on a regular basis. Sometimes I have to go the GYM to shower afterwords. A few years ago I would book a 2 hour to get 2 pops, not needed now.
