There has been a lot of recent chatter about agencies, and most I recall as being negative, so I thought I would post some things about & for them.

It is my hope to have this be constructive and helpful for all (clients, agencies and agency providers). Please feel free to add your two cents.

First, I'd like to express my appreciation that the local agencies (and india providers too) do seem to play well together. I needed a last minute Plan-B and my best option was an agency I have never used. It took only minutes for them to call  another agency I have used and have me hooked up. I appreciate that (agency or indie) kind of referal service with a competitor.

Secondly, photos being retouched. I think EGC has been talked about the most, but pretty much all the agencies and many indies are re-touching photos. I havetwo thoughts about this.

One, many of these photos seem to just smooth the skin. Personally, I think it makes the younger ladies look worse than they do in person because they already have nice skin. Second, guys we need to get real too. If you can't tell what she'll look like from the glamorous photos by now well...

I do think most of us would like some recent 'candid' photos, but let's work with what we have as long as they aren't truly and intentionally misleading. Yes, some photos are misleading. When that happens vote with your feet, your wallet and your reviews.

Finally for the agencies hiring new and inexperienced girls. I would urge you to help them out with some "orientation training" and I don't mean performance.

Help prepare them for the choices they need to make (ie CBJ vs BBBJ, etc). Talk to them about having toiletries/towels available. Talk to them about phone calls and texts during a session (not to mention substance usage).

As much as BWI is my location of choice, it's a tough one for a young newbie provider. There are locations near the Columbia Mall, for example, which offer food choices and something to do during off time.

There are lots of things which could be covered to make things work better and safer for everyone. If some of your other ladies are willing to answer questions... Maybe set up a dinner for the new girls to meet the others and chat...

Obviously I can't tell you how to run your business, and maybe these sorts of things are already being covered (I understand that not all providers have MBAs). My intent here is that we all need to do what we  can to make this a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, which will be good for clients and business, IMO.

Well put. I think you covered the bases.  Made me think a bit about the whole hobbying thing again.  Thanks for the helping the community and everyone out.

You made a good suggestion about the towels. That does not always work because some guys use 4 towels during appointment.

One provider that I knew had to hide her towels. When I came to the appointment she ran out. I had to go to GYM to take a shower to get the latex smell off my dick.

I now have a hobby bag with towel and wash cloth along with my rubbers, soap, etc.

If anyone needs to thank the agencies it would be me. One of the benefits I get from hobbying is variety. I can't imagine getting chance to meet so many wonderful young women  I can't imagine an indie letting me schedule a meeting with an hours notice. I like to hobby when I am in the mood, and only agencies can cater to that. I specifically want to thank ClassyDC and PrimeDC for that.

What I would like to see changed? One minor thing. I would appreciate if the agencies would let the clients know if the girls have natural or enhanced breasts and how many tattoos (big or small) the girls have. I think it would help me make an informed decision.

Some wise observations; I concur.

From an out-of-state visiting provider.. I have contacted Classy DC for reference checks.. They answered the phone and were very helpful.. I also contacted, Elite Girlfriends Club. I left a message and sure wish they would call me back.... Checking references is a must with me... It is nice when other's understand that and are helpful...

Do gal's really talk/test during an appointment? WOW... Not having toiletries/towels is a major issue as well.. Substance usage, is that really a problem as well? Maybe us southern gal's are just a little more prepared and polite.. I just haven't heard of those things being an issue at home..

I thank the OP for suggesting those pointers. I would like to think that it would be used in a good buisness model. However, when I come back to reality, I think that maybe this will never happen with most agencies. I am not an insider or even a frequent guest, but I am guessing that most ladies get hired with rarely even an interview, esp. if they have been working somewhere else. I did hear one new lady once complain that her interview consisted of being fucked by the owner and having her purse gone through.  Perks of the job I guess. I would probably do the same thing if my buisness relied on how well a provider had skills.  Can you imagine my interview comments.  "Less teeth girl, your not biting it off. Yes you have to swallow it all the way in. Thats ok, gagging is ok as long as you go back down on it immediately. Yes you have to wash down there after every client so they don't smell the previous client. Do not wear that body glitter at work, it rubs off. Where is your lube and wide selection of sizes of condoms. You can not work if you do not have your tools of the trade. Break, what is a break? Are you here to work or make money? Why are you always hungry? You could stand to skip a few meals ya know. You really should offer greek, as you will get more customers, you know. I know greek hurts at first, but you will get used to it, the others girls did. You need to step up your game girl, my other girls are getting better higher reviews and are making twice what you are."  No one would work for me after the first day probably.

That is sooo true about the towels. I take them and hide them, because if I left them all out, some guys come in and will use a few of them! Its a pet peeve of mine, so I hide them and it works. Some hotels give many towels, and some are very strict with how they stock their rooms. I always try to steal a few off the maids cart.
