My recovery time between pops is 10 minutes with a hot lady. In rare instances I can do 3 pops in 1.5 hours if the lady is hot and she is into me.
Exercise helps. I recommend that anyone who hobbies swim at least 2-3 times a week 1 hour each time.
A 90 minute session is most ideal for those who are looking for MSOG. Most ladies can make it happen even if she has to get some ice cubes from the freezer, or pull out some tricks out her bag...LOL! 2 hours is even better because any objectives you have, you can fulfill with in the time allotted. We all know how you boys hate to feel rushed.
