I saw a lot of ADs of early 20s girls on ER** and it seems TGTBT. Most of them even have verified ADs (I don't trust that anyway)
Also, most of them not have any review on any sites.
Only one girl that I can see her reviews on TER is a mid 20s girl from Ukraine. She even have her listing on trys*. First 2 reviews came from a reviewer that have only one review. The third one came from our fellas which he said bait and switch.

Even I just started this hobby less than a month. My instinct still say stay away. My lower head want to believe the AD but my upper head still insist.

You did your due diligence and got conflicting info. However, because you were thorough, you checked the reviewers past reviews and, lo and behold, the only review from a well established TER monger says it's BS, and B&S. I know which review I'm going with. That guy TOFTT for real. Don't go swiftboating his Purple Heart. LOL.
 
BTW, you may want to link her TER reviews. It may be helpful to find if anybody disagrees with your research results.

No, this has come up a bunch of times in the TER boards and the general consensus to me seems to be it's a risky place, perhaps not as bad as some others but you need to do you homework if you want to source a session from that site.

 
You can do a search on the General Board and probably find plenty of threads/posts. Some say pure scams others say they have good luck with the ones they research and see. I was aware of one local provider that used to have an ad there who is great but I don't see her ad there at the moment so might have decided it's not worth the fee to keep it there.

 
Since you mention you're fairly new to this I would say you've made a really smart choice and are approaching it the right way. Stick good review histories (for the provider and the reviewer) until you have a good "feel" for situations. They you can consider taking a riskier approach and do some TOFTT sessions. Keep the excitement and emotions in check (okay to feel excited about a potential find but don't let the wish be a reality in your head) until you are actually behind closed doors.

I know many legit ladies who advertise on Eros, although I don't know why. From the horror stories I've read about how difficult Eros makes it to post ads and pictures I'm surprised that any provider uses it.

There are many legit ladies on Eros with reviews, Twitter following, online presence, etc. If you Google the # they list you find reviews, tryst ads, etc. Then there are listings where it is a woman with only a first name, she is stunning, perfect body, face unblurred, and overall too good to be true, and only a phone # and email. You Google the number and email and no other ads or online presence, maybe a models world ad. Don't do it. If it looks TGTBT it probably is.

You posts contains a reference to and/or a link to a website that has been banned on TER or is a "review" site.

But if you search those sites for DC. You will see a good looking Ukrainian girl in mid 20s. That's her.

I know not every one will write review. But its hard for me to verify and trust provider with 0 review on reputation websites.

Yep, I will gain more experience in this hobby and might try once. If they occurs any flags. I can just stay away. I will write more reviews too but not right now. Cause I don't want agencies/providers know my handle even I think they don't care any way.

Yep, I know some of them are legit providers (have twitter, reviews and established for a period of time) but the new ads that just popup seem very suspicious.

Most of the escort sites are infested with 90% frauds. The posters use stolen photos and try to weasel newbies into sending up front money;, and then they are gone. ListCrawler and MegaPersonals are probably the worst.

Although it didn't turn out well, the OP did due diligence.  Actually, it did turn out well because he didn't get scammed - or worse.  It's in one's best interest to consult multiple sources.  Since I'm a P411 member, that's my go-to site.  Although I start with P411, I always double-check here on TER, especially for reviews.  You can also search using a phone number either here or on generic Google.  Some of the girls are truly amazing:  They can be in 3-4 cities simultaneously.  Checking out the TER reviews for credibility is also smart.  Unless you're going to an Asian massage parlor or an ultra-high mileage strip club, it pays to do your research.

I think you must have done something like tried to put some html in the body of your message or something. Posting a link to a TER review is allowed and very simple. Just copy the link from the Review page on TER then when posting paste that copied link into the Link URL input box below the message. Also the message you're referencing is about posting a competitor's site link which is not allowed.  

 
Or just paste it into the message without any html tags.

You're limited to a four hour window for editing your posts (I think that hold whether or not the post was approved and published for visibility). Yes, if you're new or if you have some terms TER identifies as potential indicators of posts they might no want, you will have to wait for someone to approve your post.

 
You can post reviews under an alias if you want to keep your handle disassociated with any reviews. But that is one more thing to keep track of and I've seen more than a couple of people here end posting to the boards with their handle and then with their alias and out themselves in the process.

This is helpful stuff. However, if you're still having difficulty, at the bottom right corner of every page is a link for 'Contact Us.' They're responsive. Give it a try. I think we'd like to see who you're talking about. There's no harm to just giving us her name and we can search to find the reviews.  
 
In any case, if you use the 'Rip-offs' search under 'More Searches,' you'll find that way too many of them are for Eros girls. I pity the fools who don't have a resource like TER to avoid a lot of the scammers. Do some community service and let us know who she is.

The 'vi' is an obvious typo, but what do all those together mean. Is she a TS?

I remember back ~2004-2007, a friend had told me to check our Eros.
I actually ended up seeing a well known provider, "Juliette M" from there.  She had said then that she was going to stop using them as they were unreachable when she had issues with her ad.

Fast forward to today.  It seems that the operators just don't give a damn about providing even a semi-reliable product.  
The fakes have really screwed the site up and it will never recover.

Nothing is more annoying than girls saying they don’t have reviews because they don’t want and allow them. I understand that too a point but why would I trust some random person with no verification and give them $500-1000 or whatever for a potential disaster & regret?

From the ADs alone I definitely can tell which one is legit and which is not. I believe I can make about 90%+ correct just on my guess.

The Lexi one that just scams our fellas is about 85% scam / 15% legit in my book. Those 15% number is already high in eros site. Just only a one or two ADs that got this number. Others I rate 95%+ or 99%.

I just looked at "what's new" on Eros. Saw a "too good to be true" provider and Googled the # and no other ads, but the 3rd result is TER... But not to her profile, just to the TER homepage. If you ever see that RUN... It means that someone reviewed someone using that phone number, Google indexed the # to TER, but subsequently the profile was removed... Huge huge red flag.

I see another suspicious profile and the # I Googled did bring up her profile on ter... One review, a guy who paid a $200 deposit and she never showed 🤣

Personally I will see a provider who isn't on ter. There's some very good independent ladies who ask that they not be reviewed here. But for me I would only see someone with an extensive online presence, YEARS of Twitter, pics with other providers, lots of candids in addition to pro pics, a good quality website etc.
