Personally, I will not do work verification. If a provider requires it, I say thank you, and move on. I’m all for screening and for a provider thinking of her safety, but work verification is a deal breaker for me. There’s another thread from a few months back that discusses this.  

As for references, providers will most likely call your references. Make sure you provide a detail that the provider doing the screening can provide to your reference. And as a courtesy, let your reference know ahead of time that you are using them as a reference.

Some might want to check the corporate directory or call you to confirm. Some will want to send an email and get a reply back. Some want a way to confirm the person at the door is the person they were screening (so the photo from the DL).  Some want to be sure they have some type of recourse if you start doing bad things. (Which means they are not deleting/destroying the information). And some may well be looking for ways to blackmail you and have zero interest in every actually meeting with you.

Every lady has the right to screen to their own confort level. I dont rely on references only, I required real information. Never had an issue. I do what I need to feel confortable and safe.

What are they going to do with that?  It's possible they could use the information to BLACKMAIL you.  I'd recommend against giving them the requested information.

They do it to blackmail you later, after they take your money in person. After the date is over, they want a way to make money off you again, without providing you any services. Don't cave in. If they threaten to tell your employer about your excursion, say "cool, I just quit my job last week anyway." Or offer them your manager's phone number and tell them how stupid they will look if they decide to call up your boss and tell them that you have been fucking prostitutes. What intelligent boss would ever care about this?  Better yet, don't give your employment/personal info to prostitutes. Almost nothing good can ever come of it. It is practically asking to be blackmailed. Every time I see an ad displaying "NDAs welcome" I laugh at how stupid these girls are to think guys will pay them extra to "promise you won't tell anybody!" As though these providers would ever uphold their end of the deal...or it would be an actual legal agreement, prepared by a lawyer, etc. Providers who advertise this are essentially saying "pay me to blackmail you." Don't pay them to blackmail you and don't pay them if they DO blackmail you. If you must pay them to have sex with them, so be it.

Have you asked the other provider you reviewed to vouch for you? You gave reasonable reviews. Most providers will accept references from recently seen providers. The fact that she wasn't full service shouldn't matter. I wouldn't give work information. Tell them you're self employed. If that isn't satisfactory just move on. There are plenty of fish in the sea.

Both have great reviews, but both would require work verification.

When I started out I used employment verification.  But, I only needed it for the first few ladies I saw.  After that I just used them for verification.  But, basically they just call your work and ask for you to confirm you're real.  Normally, a job has a web site and an actual business address so it gives them some peace of mind that you're not a cop.  This was 7-8 years ago so not sure if things have changed.  I haven't used that type of verification since.

First, I've been checking Sela's web site every couple weeks. Checked again just now. Pretty sure she's still on hiatus.

Second, IIRC Sela was able to screen me with P411. Ella's with an agency, and I don't see her or the agency on P411.

I will give work info for verification occasionally. Those occasions have either been with agencies I wanted to get in with, or independents who I really had the hots for.  It hasn't been a problem (yet). They probably just call to make sure you're a real person who works there.

So in these cases, if it was me: (1) if you generally like the looks/reviews of the girls with Ella's agency and think you're going to be a repeat customer, I would go ahead, and (2) with Sela, I would be fine giving the info because if you're like me you'll want to hit that repeatedly. But wait until you're sure she's up and running again.
