more importantly to me, the service is outstanding...

Probably he did, and have a bad experience with her.

I met her almost a year ago, and I believe the agency started using that pic for her shortly thereafter.  Yes, it has been altered, but mostly just to smooth her complexion.  Yes, you are right that it gives her skin an almost plastic sheen.  

However, the pic is an accurate representation of her figure as I remember it.  And it does not begin to describe her skills.  If I was not very busy for the next week I would have already booked an appointment.

I've seen her several times and plan on seeing her this visit as well.  Probably the best combination of looks and service that I've had.  I can't understand how she ever got any bad reviews.  You would have to treat her pretty bad to get bad service from Rachel.
