A few providers I have met, told me that there are, at least two types of providers. Many advertize their presence and  schedules on TER boards and other media outlets. Other, the UTRs, apparently do not advertize, yet I am told,their numbers  may be substantial. My question then is "how does one find these ladies" or conversely, "how do they find you/me"?

Establish a presence on a site like this, share a few insights with like-minded hobbyists, and eventually one or more will pass along a UTR companion for your pleasure. I'm seeing 2 or 3 UTRs these days.

However, it highlights a paradox of the hobby. UTR ladies do not wish to be reviewed. But they also will ask for references of ladies you've seen or reviewed in the past year. Yet, they don't want to be reviewed, so it just seems to be a frustrating circumstance....

Most of the UTR ladies I met are massage providers. After several visits, if they are comfortable with you, they will hint that more is on the menu (you can also tell by their body language). I am seeing two regularly now. Their rates are usually lower than what FS providers charge so it's a good value.

That seems more like the step before you take the plunge with FS providers.  I'm sure USA Sex Guide forums could point him towards massage girls or therapeutic girls on backpages.  Unless yall know UTR girls at massage envy....I doubt massage girls and massage parlor girls can be UTR to LE as C.M.Ts get checked.  

 
UTR IMO is a friend of a provider that's not fully engaged in the life, college girl that needs money, or single mom. They all want to be low key and they happen to be friends with providers or hobbyist. Also some UTR girls attend meet and greets. Say a hobbyist knows a girl in need of some extra money and trades for some lovin...maybe they put you or a friend in the area onto her as well....cause she wants more sponsors.  

 
Also, You could go to those sugar baby sites and they will be UTR for you at about 10k a month, lol.

the description of the contradictions is exactly right.  a post I put up awhile ago generated a couple of responses from UTR providers.  However, they did not want to give references, and I do not do providers without references (having made that mistake once)

I too find that from time to time you find a massage provider who will offer extras after she gets to know you.  This is beyond the amp scene - it also helps if you estabkish a rapport and converse with them when you visit.  Another type UTR provider are those who go UTR after they leave the public boards - they may wish to maintain a few established clients for the income - and may even see you I their homes
