Maybe this is it? Its the closest recent thing I found. Not exactly an agency.

I never understand this type of post and yet you see it quite often.  Why not at least post some info?  If the agency got busted then it's all public knowledge anyway.  It is not as if the police will beat down your door because you spoke of this.  It makes me question the credibility of the message.

On February 26, 2010, Arash Koraganie Ghulam Abbas, age 31, of the 17800 block of Cormorant Lane in Germantown,was arrested and charged with multiple counts of human trafficking. Abbas operated an internet escort service that was a front for prostitution and human trafficking. This organized crime business employed many women, recruited from internet social websites, and used extortion to force compliance. The business operated throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. It generated thousands of dollars of tax- free income a week. This long-term investigation which began in October of 2009, also identified and arrested several individuals associated with the organization. Montgomery County Police received assistance in this investigation from Arlington County and Fairfax County Police.

Even a google search n prostitution in MD leads you to that so why wouldn't he provide some details if that is the case.   It seems more like he knows something about a bust but does not want to provide the details.  Why I can't say.  Maybe he will tell friends who email him but that is just a guess on my part I don't know him.

One thing that seems obvious though is that folks don't react well if you ask how they know what they say they know or exactly what they mean when they only hint at things.  

Interesting, as of 3/2 they were posting Heidi in Columbia and Emma in Tysons.  DOn't know what happened the next day.  SIte was down as of Wed.

so this qualifies as an agency? though maybe they'll put more details in upcoming articles. unless this is a different issue but similar to cap treasure's issue
