yes or no: high end escort who charge 400-1500+ is different from being a prostitute or a hooker because while theres sex, theres something different.

yes or no: prostitute is different from a hooker and not the same thing

yes or no: courtesan or companion is different from a hooker or prostitute and are not the same thing even though they all involve sex.

A story--perhaps apocryphal, but nonetheless illustrative:

i think girls in the business are just unique individuals and the labels come with how they present themselves.

That's the downfall of many hobbyists- much like the dickwad who takes his/her bad day out on a hapless cashier or waitress, they forget that they're dealing with people- just because you're paying a person, that doesn't absolve you of your duty to remain a decent human being- I've always carried myself as a gentleman, and I'm sick of being judged beforehand because others don't know how to act (I.e., "no black guys")

call them what you want but be kind to them in their presence.   Yes this is a business transaction but you are dealing with a person, not chattel.

You've experienced it before. You come in, no form of hospitality, lack of greeting to get to know each other, lack of a "normal" conversation, and a lack of emotional and mental therapy. She does not get to know you as a person, but is only using her body to give you physical gratification only and does not provide mental and emotional therapy.

The mental and emotional therapy I am referring to is that of a real GIRL FRIEND EXPERIENCE. Let's remove the services associated with GFE and emphasis the qualities that make up an actual girlfriend relationship. I realize that even though I am PAYING for their service, however, there are providers out there that are willing to fulfill the roles within a girlfriend relationship, and that is a significant difference between a prostitute and a provider.

The characteristics that makeup a girlfriend relationship are: she is willing to explore you as a person, your interest, your dilemmas, your goals, and your life in general. By doing so, she can give you her input and perspectives. Sometimes, hearing different perspectives, professional or not, is important.

For example, professional "advisers" (can be a therapist or counselor) that charge $300 an hour. After each visit, they will give you advises on how to better yourself with life in general. There advices can be methods and strategies to resolve a dilemma that you currently have. Do you know how gratifying it feels to have someone resolve a your mental dilemmas?

Similarly, a provider is also capable of providing these qualities. A prostitute is someone that I will pay to ONLY have a physical encounter with. A provider is someone that I will pay to have a physical, mental, and emotional therapy.

I treat all women in this business w/ respect !!  My current favorite lady always tells me that I treat her very nice!! This is why I get a text from her every time she visits!!  I'm glad to know there are other gentlemen in this hobby who refuse to use derogatory terms in describing these fine women!! They are titles used by some people to try and demean others who involved in a world the title-users do not at all understand.  Give it a rest, especially with the P and H titles.  If we have to go with a generic label, escort is just fine thank you.  To me, courtesan implies someone who is low volume and has a limited number of regular clients, and can usually have a pretty fine ifestyle while doing ths fairy part-time. But again, they're all just labels.

Treat the ladies with respect and show they are special to you and you will be treated very well.  Didn't take me long to figure this out, with my southern upbringing. Do your research and find out what they like and bring a little something extra, especially if it is wine.  Well worth the investment.
