"Any suggestions for reliable agencies or providers that accept white list ?"

I would hope providers and agencies do not accept a mere white listing as a reference, without contacting the provider who whitelisted,and verifying,or maybe I am overly cautious?
IMO a provider who whitelist her customers she trusts, is a provider who will be punctual with her response to ref requests, but she should still be contacted and not merely read.
