IS it just me, or does it seems like spinners are become more scarce?
My definition (I know there will be a lot of debate) of a spinner is someone under 5-4, and less than 110 pounds.
I would prefer women under 30, but could stretch to 35. My other requirements would be someone who plays in DC (not suburbs), and offers GFE without charging an arm and a leg.
It seems like it was easier to find someone like this in the past, maybe because of the agency situation.
Suggestions welcome.

I've been around the hobbying scene for around 10 yrs, and in DC since 2004. I can barely think of (w/ notable exception of DC Robin..yes that hot bitch...)  anyone who matches that description...

Yes, there have been plenty of visiting providers who matched what you are looking for, but that shit stopped with Classy DC and Prime DC/DMV going kaput...

What we need is more agencies (better run than CDC and DMV, of course,) that bring in hot girls... I see a few FL based agencies who send the girls, but they send the same girls over and over.  We need some local agencies, who bring in outside talent..

And FWIW, I know about the Mann Act of 1910. So don't tell me the same shit over again...
