I have noticed that many picture stealer will start posting their ads around 9:00 pm. The well known cash and dash around 10:00 pm and later. Not all who post late can be lumped into the category. If you want to do something late best to use a provider who has reviews.

From Oct 3 to Sept 28, there were around 600 ads in Baltimore maryland area
so even this sample is just specific to that time frame and specific region.

He'd need a larger sample size to cover other cities before he can start generalizing. Accuracy also depends on the percentage of your sample that behaves in a particular way. Unless of course we want a lower confidence level below 95% at a larger interval above a 10% which would then decrease the accuracy of the representative sample below 85%. Of course a level of 85% isn't so bad, per say, but the given level of accuracy we must use the worst case percentage to determine the sample size... The confidence interval calculations also tend to assume you have a truly genuine random sample of the relevant population as the intervals then become unreliable and would force you to re-evaluate the sampling procedure...

It was just an observation that I noticed. I don't have time to do the statistics, lol. Maybe someone else can do that.

I guess in my free time I can write a android application to run on the phone to do that.
