...why don't guys do the smart rational thing and go home and put their money back into the bank the next day?  Myself included here, once we make up our mind to get some ass at a given time, we are determenied to do it.  We act like we are still single at the bar and they've just announced last call, so all of a sudden the fat chick in the corner looks a lot better.  Has it ever ocurred to any guy that if you get stood up, or cancelled on, you should just go home, and try later?  Or do we all break out the shopping list?
