This question's for both ladies and gents. I would like to get a general idea regarding what's on the menu, not limited to bbbj or daty and so on, including various positions, in front of a mirror, in the bathroom that kind of stuff too.

Ladies, do you usually offer or even encourage the gent to try everything on the menu with you, assuming time's not an issue? It could be a first date or repeating client.

Gents, do you usually have to ask to get everything on the menu? e.g. if you don't ask, the lady will automatically assume that mish is your fav and won't do anything else?

Your question seems to be is it ok to ask?  From my experience, yes it is always ok to ask. Generally it can be presumed that the services offered are the ones indicated on her ter profile. If what you desire is listed as "no" on her profile then I would not ask.

I would 40% of the time she asks me what I like. That depends of the type of providers that you generally see, of course. But I tend to want them to surprise me and be more spontaneous.

My experience for most providers the progression of positions are CG, doggie, MISH. Some would add a RCG and others would minus a doggie. One time when I hard difficult finish, we fucked in front of the bathroom mirror and then an extended spooning.

I hobby for hot looking ladies. I don't ask for much in the menu so generally that's not a problem for me.

I was just wondering if a "good" provider should actively offer various items (on the menu of course) to the gent instead of sticking to a few regular moves or just waiting for the gent to ask or decide. It doesn't have to be the first encounter, could be someone you've seen a few times.

Don't get me wrong, for most of the time, I don't really care what we have done as long as I've been shown a good time. Nevertheless, I hate the feeling of wondering why we did not do that...

I've found that most things/positions are on the menu if asked. As long as it doesn't involve pain, piss, or shit.
