All I'm looking for is a pretty girl that I can have as a go-to for a little stress relief during my work breaks, but all the girls around here either don't offer quick visits or charge way too much for a simple blow and go. Any advice on finding someone like that in the area?

You are not going to find any decent girl in that range on a short notice. You may find a street walker, but you don't want to go there buddy. You are better off waiting until the end of the day. Most decent girls need 24-48 hrs of notice. If you want same day appointments, consider going to agencies. Lot of agencies put girls there, even though I doubt you are going to find anyone on real short notice.
Haha yea streetwalkers are not something I'd ever consider. And I agree with what people have said (except the guy who recommended jerking off. In the office? Weird.) but considering a lot of girls don't seem to be overbooked in the middle of the day, it just seems strange that something like this isn't more available in the city where guys don't have an hour for break (heck I rarely even get a full hour for lunch). And wouldn't $100 for 10 minutes of work without even having to fuck the guy be preferable to like $200 for an hour? I'm not saying that every girl necessarily should or would want to offer those rates, it just seems curious to me that there aren't at least a few that do. But again, I'm somewhat new to the hobby so I may just be ignorant of the industry, idk.

You have to look at the proper site for those prices (bp). But then again they are few are far between offering $100 1/2 hour sessions. You might have to go outside the beltway or points up north in the Baltimore area.
I'm thinking something along the lines of these food trucks that are now everywhere downtown. They don't have to pay rent, but still get to sell their wares.
Some girls should get a nice van, or a real small RV and do a mobile blow-and-go service. You call, they swing by and pick you up - one drives, one blows - $150 for 10 minutes of work, and they don't have to pay for the hotel. They could clean up!
