Has anyone gotten them to answer their phone?

I have had the same problem.  Just keep trying and you will get through.  I don't think they start to work there until around 10 a.m.  They seem to be very popular as they book up fast.

I also have tried and was told they are short handed and overbooked, and was advised to wait untill after the holidays, very nice to talk to and deal with so try again.

I got to them in first call this wednesday....but all the ladies were booked for the day (infact, pretty much the whole week !!!)

one must look at their timings to make a call though!
