After I posted the thread, several hobbyists pm'd me and told me they felt the same way but were afraid to speak out publicly for fear of incurring the wrath of EGC. I subsequently published EGC's response to me on the board and even publicly and privately apologized to them for not minding my own business. I knew what they told me were probably not true but was just trying to save face.
After the incident, I tried several times to see their girls but was always told they were booked for the day. Today, I e-mailed them about seeing one of their most popular girls and was told she's available to see me. I thought maybe I wasn't blacklisted at all, but they then asked for my cell phone # like they did before when they told me the girls were not available. This was odd since I've been using the same e-mail address for over a year. After they got my #, they told me they couldn't book the girl for me. It's become very obvious to me my phone # is now on their blacklist.
I know several other hobbyists have been banned by them for various reasons (complaining about their overly glammed-up pics, giving honest reviews that they didn't like, etc.). I just want you guys to know if you want to see their girls, keep your mouth shut or you'll end up like us.

In my case it is simple. I dont buy Chinese products because I disagree with their labor and trade practices. I don't watch CNN news because I believe that their coverage is completely one sided when it comes to its coverage of US forgen policy. I vote libertarian because.... Well, you get the picture.
The same principle applies to hobbying. I dont see girls from certain agencies and a certain independent girls. I just dont like the way they do business. I am not going to bash them publicly and I am not going to say anything bad that could hurt their business. I am just going to mind my business and hopefully they/she will mind theirs/hers.
You seem to have crossed the line making a stink about EGC. The prudent thing to do once you found out that the girls may have been overworked was to find and use another agency treats its girls up to your standards. Dude, this business has been around since the book of Genesis. Overworked girls is nothing new.
Whistleblowers and white knights are cool in corporate or political corruption cases. Here it is best to just do your thing, write your reviews (optional) and go on about your daily life with a smile on your face.
And I wasn't just talking about myself. As I stated in my post, There were others who were banned for complaining about pics and being too honest in their reviews.
I can always find someone else to take my money. There's no need to kiss the agency's ass. Dude, there's more than just pussies in life.
However, you need to know and understand your role here. You are a client and you find out that girls are getting overworked and you still want to patronize them.
Another thing is this. Since when are you a recruiter for TGND? Do you actually think Cindy was going to thank you for causing friction between agencies. I DONT THINK SO. Like EGC is not going to notice an EGC's girl show up on the TGND website? I am sure they are going to be real happy with that.
Dude, I am not saying not to speak out when there is a wrong. What I am saying is to know your role in the scenario and realize that by blowing the whistle you are not going to fix anything or save the girl (who prbly still works for them).

My suggestion is that all the hobbyists with "balls" and who are not "pussywhipped" refuse to contact EGC for an appointment until Aitail is removed from the EGC blacklist. Why should anyone live in fear of making an opinion known on this board--unless, of course, they do not have the "balls" to do so or they are too "pussywhipped" to take a stand? You posted something that questioned the agency's business practices in a way that made it easy for them to identify both you and the provider who supposedly told you the negative information. However genuine your motivation may have been, it was presumptuous - in that you were just posting one side of the alleged story - and dangerous to: EGC's business, the lady's possibility of continued employment with EGC, and your possibility of ever using the agency again. They could forgive you. But it should not be a big surprise if they don't. (I have no idea whether you are blacklisted or not.) It really should not be that big of a deal to you because based on what you have experienced and heard from other hobbyists, you have a problem with their business practices. And at the end of the day, and most importantly - big sea, lots and lots and lots of other fish.

Every decent business should be able to take "customer comments" "constructive criticism" etc... and use it to their advantage to make the business run more efficiently. Every customer service oriented establishment encourages this.
The fact that this is Escort based is no different. In fact it should be held in an even higher standard of customer satisfaction because it is such a personal encounter.

I wont speak ill of any particular agency. i am only speaking in general in regard to how many times this exact issue is brought up on this board.
I truly enjoy the time i spend with WHO I WANT to spend it with. Not who I HAVE TO spend it with. Alot of other ladies feel the same way. BUT....when you work for someone else you play by their rules or you dont play at all.
This is why i went independent.
More gentleman should speak up on behalf of the ladies. So what if the agency gets mad. Theres hundreds of other options guys. Ladies need you to speak out.
So aitail i think what you did is wonderful. We're not machines. We're living, breathing, feeling human beings. The sooner this is realized, the happier the encounters will be for all.

Some time back I took a similiar stand with a now defunct national agency we all know about.
Actually I dont think it phased them at all. I wasnt black listed or anything when I put out there the way they treated their girls by overbooking them.
A public response was made which was well stated and seemed genuine but she didnt do the booking so wasnt up on all that went on with those guys in Costa Rica or where ever they were.
I think doing this sort thing is just the right thing to do. If there are reprisals, well so be it. Put it this way..think about who it is youre supporting here if you dont speak up.
I have a suggestion for all,don,t ever give out your TER info to a agency or Indy.some agency takes us hobbiest as granted like we will always their services.I have stop using few agency,because their operator were rude,by then i knew how they would treat their girls.end of the day us hobbiest holds the key,we are the one who is spending the money!!!!! Feedback should be taken into consideration in order to improve those practices. I hope that the posts suggesting the OP should have pleased the agency were joking. It's his money. I don't say that the customer is always right. But a reasonable customer should be accommodated.
I agree this need to be discussed.
Im so annoyed that agencies who treat girls like s*#t are constantly supported here. This can be a very fun and healthy hobby but there is nothing healthy or positive about agencies who treat the girls like revolving doors. Some girls from out of town want as many appointments as possible and large agencies can supply that but its when they are tired and say they want to go home or end their day early thats when it gets ugly.
ECG isnt the only agency like this. I have personal experience with one of the other 2 bad agencies in the area. They scream at you if you want to end your day before the time you said you would stay until you're too exhausted and agree to stay later. They expect freebies when ever they want. They take more than 45% of the $ we earn and they haggle us about hotel fees. When a girl quits and goes to work for some one else or goes independent agencies like this out girls, harass them at home and threaten them.
These guys have no right to run an agency and treat girls like s*#t .
They are nothing but glorified internet pimps!!!
You guys should look into the agencies you are supporting. There is enough buzz going around about the bad agencies that we all know who they are.
I talked to one of the girls I saw recently. She saw me right after her class and told me she was going back to her school to study after the appointment. I think I was her only appointment that day. Most of them only work 2 or 3 days a week like TGND girls used to.
Ummm...I don't think so! Not all of us have had a good experience with Sara/PGF. cardinal's post (which has been yanked unfortunately) does in fact relay the story of frustration/rudeness quite well regarding PGF. Cindy from TGND was probably one of the best in terms of customer service in this area, too bad she has retired.
Last I checked, no one is forcing these girls to work anywhere. If they feel over-worked, they can always just leave the agency, go independent, go get a "regular" job...or any number of other options...
Of course they'd black ball you...you tried to savagely disrupt their business. A bad review here and there is one thing. You called into question their business ethics, gossiped with their employee [who may or may not have even been telling the truth], and tried to turn an entire customer base against them.

and I'm not a shill for the big agencies...but will tell you that indies are just as if not more flaky...even well reviewed ones...especially if they answer their own phones and manage their own bookings...
But really this stuff shouldn't be so complicated...if a woman has good reviews, and fits my profile, I'll try to see her...I don't care who she's working through or with, or any of the rest of that jazz...be it indie, big agency, small agency, local, visiting, or everything in between...
How do I know you're not affiliated with the big 3 even though you said you're not a shill for them? I raised the issue not just for the girls but also for the hobbyists: A tired girl cannot provide good service to the hobbyists. Also, the girl specifically asked me if there's a better agency to work for.
One more thing: I think you probably noticed none of the TGND girls went to work for the big 3. Most of them went indie and one went to work for Pure. That should tell you something.
