For ladies and Gentlemen who travel and have been to different areas.  How does the gentlemen clubs in the DC-VA and maryland areas compare to clubs in other regions?

Are you inquiring about attractiveness of the girl?

Or the availability of dance room extras?

Yes I am asking in total.  The looks of the women,  dances,  the ambiance of the club etc......

Even within the DMV the rules are different.

Full nudity - No lap dance - No VIP

Virginia
No nudity - No lap dance - No VIP

Maryland
Varies by club and local jurisdiction.

I prefer clubs in Tampa, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Dallas

I've also been to better clubs in Houston, Vegas, Columbia, SC and others.  Almost anywhere is better than DC or Nova, and most MD clubs.  I enjoy the clubs, but I won't waste my money on ones around here.

This is a sore and painful subject for me.  I'm a big fan of a good strip club!! After frequenting clubs in Florida, Atlanta, Dallas, and San Fran.  The clubs in the DMV are like going to see strippers at church.

Too many rules; limited to no Lap Dancing; overpriced for the show that you receive; no ambiance.  Just outright pitiful!!  Who knew that in the capitol region of the country with all the world travelers that visit here you can't find a decent strip club!?!?!?!

And to make it more unbelievable some of these clubs, like Archibalds, have been in business for decades...........huh?!?!  How do they do that?!?!?!  I went to Archibalds once and the ladies had to dance on a stage, no touching allowed, all you could do is put money in the G-String.  After their set the ladies walk around and SHAKE the hands of all the guys who made deposits to the G-String.  If the lady liked you and/or the size of your G-String tip they will sit at your table and allow you to buy them an overpriced dink and you two can  TALK!?!?!  WTF?!?!?  What an outrage.....sitting in a strip club, next to a half naked, attractive lady and aint no lap dancing goingn on!?!?!?  WTF!?!?!?!

Now you will have those who may have had the occassional experience of arranging something "Offline" with a Lady but that is subject to too much YMMV, complications and extreme overpicing.

Everytime I ride by Archibalds or any of the other DC metro clubs I'm amazed that they have any clientel.  I guess there are a lot of hard up guys in DC.  I also imagine that is why the escort scene is so vibrant here in the DC area.  Cause if I had a real strip club to go to I may spend an evening with the variety offered by a real strip club versus being with one escort.

Love the opinions you guys,  I have a friend that dances in California and I just relayed the message and she had the same expression "NO LAP DANCES"  LOL.  I personally never been to any of the gentlemens clubs in the area.  I personally agree with Tall6969 I have absolutely no idea how a club can stay in business with no lap dances,  but I guess they work their magic some kind of way.

The best place for any action is "The Block" in Baltimore. There is total nudity and lap dances and "bottles". Drink w/ the dancer- $20, lap dance-$40-60, "bottle"- $ 150 to club $ 100-150 to the dancer. The only club that doesn't offer bottles is the Hustler. Scores is a short distance from the block but I don't know the offerings there. The Ritz Cabaret, is located in Fells Point, an area with lots of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. I don't know what the bill of fare is there either.

I agree! DMV clubs suck, and not in a good way. Worst by far in the country for this sized metro area. I stopped going to the ones here years ago - way too lame.
