I have two questions:

First for providers, how do you take reviews they give you something less than 10 for performance?  Does it upset you?  Do  you ever ask, what could I have done differently to make it a ten?  Have you ever reached out privately to a former client to ask for more info?  Have you ever changed your services based upon constructive feedback in a review? Or do you just chalk it up to different chemistry with different clients?  

For clients, do  you ever avoid really hot providers because you think you're not in their league?  I'm an average looking guy and sometimes I'd rather see an average looking provider so I am not wondering the whole time how disgusted she is with herself for being with someone so below her own appearance.  :

For me, since I do Bondassage and am not a full service escort, they will not allow a guy to give me above a 7.  Again, WTF!  So much of what you see for numbers is controlled by TER, not the reviewer.

As far as appearance goes: well, as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  I don't think a lot of guys realize how much reviews impact our biz--like lawyers they are a necessary evil.  
You just have to go with the flow.  Hopefully readers are sophisticated enough to realize that everyone has a different experience and not be thrown off by a not-so-stellar review every now and again when there are many good to outstanding ones.

You should never feel like a provider isn't into you because of your looks. It's your attitude and personality that I feed off. I believe any provider who truly enjoys this business will say we've had some of our best sessions with "not the best looking". you only become ugly to me if you're behavior is ugly OR if hygiene isn't up to par.  

As for your other question, I unfortunately have a couple average scores dated in 2014. Do I wish I could remove because while not "bad" the scores make my overall seem a little low, YES! But since I can't unless I take on a whole new persona I just make sure to blow everyone away so to not get average. It does stink because I was still New during that period and had to find my way and what works for me and what doesn't.

Number 8 of the TER review guidelines states:

"In order to keep our overall performance ratings consistent, we set up the following system: An escort provider is only eligible to earn up to a 7, unless she performs one or some of the following during a session: Kisses With Tongue, Bare-Back Blow Job, Really Bi, Anal Sex, or More than One Guy. For each of these services that are performed, her potential max score is raised by one point, with 10 as an absolute maximum. Remember, it’s your review; within these guidelines you still get to decide what her score should be. You do not have to give her the ‘extra point’. If your review rates a provider higher than her maximum score, the score will be adjusted down to her maximum."

So your comment, ".....TER doesn't allow for a 10 for performance unless there is anal involved" is incorrect. If you provide any 3 of the above mentioned services, you could earn a performance score of 10. Even if you only provided 2 of them, you could still earn a 9.

As for your beauty is in the eye of the beholder comment, I could not agree more. Unfortunately, some guys think they should get a lady with movie star looks no matter what. That is simply unrealistic. I have rated ladies an 8 or 9 for appearance before while others think a 7 is sufficient for the same lady. To each his own for sure.

Just wanted to set the record straight on the performance scoring.....hope you saw it that way. It was not my intention to come off as nasty, mean or condescending in any way.

I think provider reviews should be treated the same as any other review site. I don't take everything at face value. My advice to gentlemen would be to understand the review process (e.g. 10s are only possible if she has a certain number of things she is willing to do), read the reviews, and then from there draw your own conclusions- with the understanding that each encounter should be taken by itself. The way I treat a client is as unique as the client himself (or herself). And with clients who have seen me multiple times, we get better each time because we know each other's tastes + comfort level increases. If you have a longer appointment of course things will probably get steamier. Also, reviews allow you to see what I did/how I behaved with one person, doesn't mean you will get it because the backstory of our encounter is not really fully included. All these things factor into the review and score you see.  
YMMV with anything though everyone tries to keep a baseline consistency. I do try to “improve” to each person's standards, because I care about my client's likes and dislikes. This is all an exploratory process between two individuals. but I don't add or take away from what I offer because I offer what I'm comfortable with.  

I haven't had anyone disappointed and write a review? but if I did I would be fairly upset if they didn't clear it with me first. And also be careful, many providers I have seen say they will outright not see you if you posted a "bad" review on someone else and they are looking for high scores.  

 
And lol @ the last bit. Don't ever feel like anyone is out of your league, provider or not. Confidence goes sooooo far. Plus if she's seeing you, she is definitely not disgusted.

o not pay too much attention to reviews. The scores are just that, numbers. We are all more than just a number. I understand reviews are needed and helpful to both parties but I cannot please everyone. I wish I could! For the most part I get along with mostly all that walk through my doors. There have been a few where we just did not click. It was nothing horrendous that had me crying in the corner, just we didn't mesh well.  

  Positive scores and reviews are all good to me. I am not worried about any lists or being this or that. I am someone who gives her best, genuine self to her clients and I only hope everyone walks away happy.

  There was one time I did reach out to a client after a review because it did not add up to his behavior afterwards. It was totally surprising ad confusing and I had to ask him about it. Again nothing major. Just a little case of Jekyll and Hyde.

And He's still on top. Long as girls cater to their core base things will be fine. You can't please everyone and sometimes it's a waste of time to try. Cater to the core...Get better overtime & count the money.  

Granted the hobby is personal....And nobody wants to be ugly or a bad lover if receiving money. But at the same you need to be arrogant enough to classify bad reviews any field as people hating.

I like to think i'm a damn good provider so in my head i'm always a 10 for performance but sometimes doesn't always translate for whatever reason with the guy. I've gotten some 7's or less in the past some i've earned (some were fakes or retaliatory but whatever) and i've survived lol. If I'm gotten the rare 10 for performance i'm actually pretty delighted they thought that highly of the experience I provided for them. I'm a people pleaser (no REALLY lol) and I like to do a great job. I'm a pleasure seller but I know what it's like to be a consumer too and I want my hard earned money spent on a good product and to feel i've gotten great value out of it. So in a way the experience I provide is my "product" and I hate to disappoint. It's while I kind of ask a lot of questions before a date not to get a script per se but to make sure we are indeed compatible and there's a good foundation of chemistry before we even physically meet. This is a very personal type of business but it's still a customer service oriented one imo.

Now appearance wise I can't be a supermodel to everyone but I'd rather not meet a guy who pretty much wouldn't want to drink my bath water before even meeting me. I spend a lot of time getting myself together for my dates, asks for wardrobe/makeup/hair requests so I what he saw in my pics he gets in person. So lol I hope i'm at minimum a 7 in his eyes before we even meet. In my head i'm an easy 8 though . Seeing someone who isn't all that appealing to you is a waste of their time and yours.

No provider is out if your league if you have the coin. And if she's any kind of professional you'd feel like the hottest guy on earth when you're with her. Don't overthink...just screw.

Being in the hobby helped me to accept the outer and inner me...there really is different aspects of a person that attract a suitor.  Never feel like your perception of yourself as average prohibits you from seeking out a beautiful lady.  I promise you that the package is only one part of attraction...with the inside being the most important.  I do not think that anyone could have trouble tolerating being with you even from how you so empathically ask these questions.  

I know many men and women that are the proverbially 10 who do not seek out the same...a match is not necessarily based on the physical.  I was so pleasantly surprised to spend such quality time with gents from different races, backgrounds, nationalities and general life styles...what attracts me the most is your desire to be with me.

As for those pesky scores, I think most men score by their attraction and desire mixed with a stereotype of a 10.  I have gotten 10s, 9s, 8s, 7s...and yes a few lower.  I have asked later but that took me a few years before I was strong enough to ask-did not want to come across like I was trying to influence the review.  I do not think that is fair...lower numbers can effect your flow.  I think overall seekers look at it in the relative.  It is weird to get a lower score on performance if you feel the date went well and the feedback from the gent was only good.  Sometimes it is just one of those things...the chemistry was awkward etc.  I feel like if a gent feels his date was really off from where other reviews are and unless the provider was just totally at fault (drunk, on drugs, etc), he should hold off on a bad review.

The looks(actual pictures) get me to look at the review. I look at the review for performance. If I have the time and the provider is in my budget constraints I will see her.

Still it's a menu based scoring system so TER does control the numbers. It would be nice if TER would acknowledge the diverse group of members here as well as their diverse needs/desires and change the GFE menu-based rating system to one based on experience. Everyone isn't here for GFE. The ones that are still aren't all looking for the exact same thing. You should be able to rate a FBSM provider just as high as you can rate a GFE provider. Instead anyone offering less than a full GFE menu is automatically penalized and that shouldn't be the case. Why should I deduct points from someone because they don't offer something I'm not seeking? Come on TER!! You can do better
