There are several located in the panhandle area (Martinsburg area). They are okay. The girls are totally nude but you shouldn't expect the caliber that you would find at a big city club. Normally the cover is $10 - $20 and the dances are reasonably priced. Often they will have a big name featuring.

For my money, the best spot in DC is Archibalds, on K street. The Virginia clubs pale in comparison. Archibalds is all nude and the girls spread for you, from inches away. Weeknights the place isn't too crowded, especially after happy hour, and if you are generous a lady (or two) will sit with you and flirt.
