It was not in the news (Fairfax county) but the information is on the net and on a government site that gets updated every week. You have to look at the site every week before they purge the records. There is another blog/site that keeps track of what is going on. google search "prostitution crackdown dmv".
It only costs a few hundred bucks a year for membership but it is more than worth it. You avoid the long arm of the law and avoid wasting money on bad providers.
If they are active on TER and/or P411 or other verification site you can be pretty confident that they are legit. Do your research and you will be fine.

Colorado Feds made fake p411 accounts with fake oks 2013 I think...I brought it up on here round that time. Girls didn't check the oks and got busted. It's like protecting I cloud, gmail, Twitter etc. multiple factors of authentication is a must in some cases. Multiple authentication could be a well known reviewers seeing a girl amongst other reviews from a guy's perspective. And remembering the safest new talent is co-signed/introduced by well known girls and/or agencies.

why not? how is he suppose to learn he needs to research these things online? I only knew of BP cause when I was growing up they said so on the news.
