It seems that cowards who carry out these attacks seem to do it around this time of the year.

OKC Bombings - April 19, 1995
VT - April 16, 2007
Columbine Massacre - April 20, 1999
Boston Bombing - April 15, 2013

And to add, lets all be vigilant as a nation around this time of the year.
